How We Started
Program Partners was established in 2022 after more than two decades working within major project, construction and consulting organisations. We believed clients should be able to access major-project experience without paying for unnecessary corporate layers, distant decision-making or resources selected primarily to satisfy internal utilisation targets.
Our clients work directly with experienced infrastructure practitioners who have led complex programs, negotiated major transactions, established governance and delivery frameworks, recovered challenged projects and worked inside client organisations where recommendations have real financial, operational and community consequences.
We do not simply advise from the sidelines. We work alongside our clients, take ownership of the issues and remain accountable for helping turn decisions into outcomes.
